Default Upgrading sound card

Right now I have a Creative SoundBlaster Audigy SE and would like to step it up to something better . What would you guys suggest?

Budget doesn't matter just want good quality sound.

Don't expect to get a better quality sound from a more expensive sound card, chances are any difference will be largely undetectable. If your current card works then just keep it

Do no you have good speakers or headphones? If not, it'll probably be better to upgrade those, then buy a sound card.
