Umm. They're only $27 after the mail in rebate.. Which is, of course, why the UPC is missing..

You posted up the wrong memory in your link. I am giving you the advantage of not having to wait ten weeks for your rebate to arrive. And it's actually $35 with the rebate you have to wait for and shipping costs on NewEgg.com currently.

You posted the wrong RAM, it's better than his with a lower latency of 4-4-4-12...
