Default Are they free?

MSN and Yahoo messengers comes up with live video and audio conversation facilities.My question is that are those services free to use or not?Some of my fren says that those services are absolutely free and legal too.What do you guys think about it?

Are you serious?I just asked coz I haven't used those features till now and am thinking of using it.

i haven't used those messengers for years but if it's a built in function then yes. i've chatted [audio] with my friends on yahoo messenger for hours and i've "heard" of streaming webcam functionality as well.

Well now I knew that those are free and also found from google that only from PC to PC is free.
