laptop sugguestions. under $2000 in total. comments needed!!

i need a new laptop for school.. word, powerpoint, etc, plays music, watch videos without any lag, so i want it fast. great for pictures, light in weight, stylus, great customer service along with a accidental damage warranty (extra fee). a webcam would be a plus. or any laptop tablets would be fun.

ps.. what reasons would a person want a macbook? i heard for creavitity like building websites. any comments?

I would probably say a Dell XPS M1530.

A person would want to get a Macbook for many reasons. One of them is the type of software that is available for it such as Final Cut Pro. Another reason is because they are in the movie and photography industry. A Macbook would be the ideal choice of photographers and movie editors.
