Blu Ray
Why is this stuff so expensive? I would think the media is a little different but the burners can't that different. A DVD burner can be bought for 35.00 but blu ray is 700.00??? WTH?

It's new technology. Thus, the 'OMG, I HAVE to have this right now' crowd will pay top-dollar, and the manufacturer's know this.
