I downloaded and tried to run ComboFix without any luck. It did download an installation icon on my desktop, but when I tried to install ComboFix from this installation icon, I received an error message which read.....
Error 327882R2FWJFW not in expected location Inform sUBs now!! And then when I clicked ok on this message and went to run ComboFix from the icon which was on my desktop after I installed it, a window popped up for about a second and then disappeared. What happened? Also, pretty much the same thing happened to my co-worker when I emailed him the link for SmitFraud. He downloaded it and when he installed it and went to run it, he said a window popped up for about a second and disappeared. What happened? We both kept deleting these and reinstalling them, but that didn't do any good. |

Hello!
To use such powerfull tools you have to know how to use them or at least some1 has to tell you how correctly. So, SmitfraudFixc has to be run in Safe Mode. Also, you then must click one of the numbers ( which represent commands ). Type 1 if you want to scan your computer, type 2 if you want to clean it...... You: If you already have Combofix, please delete this copy and download it again as it's being updated regularly.
Combofix should never take more that 20 minutes including the reboot if malware is detected. If it does, open Task Manager then Processes tab (press ctrl, alt and del at the same time) and end any processes of findstr, find, sed or swreg, then combofix should continue.
