Default psu requirements

Do you guys think a Geforce 8400 GS or a radeon x1650 PRO or a PowerColor X1550 will work on a 250W PC? I have a sempron 3400+ with 2 sticks of DDR RAM and nothing else. Everything else is just monitor, keyboard, mouse, and small speakers. There is a DVD/CDRW and not much else.

Power Recommendations by Video Card

By the way, I suggest getting the new HD3450 instead.

except that i found out my computer's form factor is 9.6x9.6 i'm so frustrated right now. I can't get a new video card because a 250W PSU is crap, and I can't get a cheap new PSU because my computer is crap!
