Default BlackLight bleeding

Is this very common on lcd screens? I'm kind of worried now cause im getting the gateway fhd2400 and i heard that it blacklight bleeds alot. Is this very noticeable and can you take it back and get a new monitor if it starts doing it?

Why not just get a good brand that doesn't bleed in the first place?
