Default 9.5x9.5" motherboards

so, i was checkin out motherboards cuz my old one is a piece of crap, ive been looking around to find boards dat r around lyk a hundred bux, ive come across this one:

and for those of u who are afraid of the link, it says dat its a "MSI G33M-FI CORE 2 QUAD" i have no idea about motherboards or its model or wut-so-ever. just wondering if its a decent board to run my other parts:

intel core2quadcore 2.4
2g ram
500psu
xfx 8800gts 320 stock(lyk the worst 8800 out there i think, lol)
and 320sata harddriiiiive.

It should be fine.
By the way, why don't you get a ATX one. P35 chipset is a better overclocker than G33

its the same board, but a better site to buy from. i suggested this to you when you were asking about changing hardware.
