I was cleaning my computer with compressed air and it tilted down and the watery cold kind hit my finger, I also have a cut on this finger, is this okay? Has anyone ever had this happen?

As long as you didn't spray that watery stuff into the computer

The cut you might want to look to... Although it should be fine.

Compressed air is typically R134a (tetraflouroethane) which is non-toxic and non-flammable so you should be fine. Butane was used years ago but discontinued because of its flammability. CO2 has a critical temperature of about 88 F so it would be impossible to use it unless kept beneath that temperature, as well as the high pressures needed which was mentioned.
