My screen freezes when I play games

Okey, here is my problem:

When I play games my screen suddenly freezes, and the sound is getting f***** up (sorry for bad language, but it's irritating). Then I have to turn my computer off.

My computer reaches the requirements for the games so that is not the problem.

Hope some of you can help me to solve this problem.

What's the info on your system especially what game you're playing and the processor you're using as well as ram bla bla and this important thing called a video card. Then we can further help

Check the temperatures on the computer. Motherboard, CPU, and GFX.

It does sound like either its overheating or the graphics card/cpu is junk.
