Default Problem booting Windows

I have put together my computer and installed windows successfully I would imagine. It booted up to the desktop the first time, but now when i try to load without the disk It tells me windows wasn't loaded properly. I try to load in the last known good configuration and when it does it goes to a black screen.

Anyone know how i could get it to load to windows? Its the last problem i have befroe this computer is up and running. Perhaps something with the lack of a boot disk?

Please help. Any imput is greatly appreciated.
