Default Problems with Firefox

greetings,

.......i have been using mozilla firefox v 2.0.0.7 for a little while now and somehow have screwed it up! if i go to some sites such as craigs list where the posted has a picture with his/her/their ad, i see no picture. this is the same on some web forums i belong to...

....i did a general check in firefox and can see nothing out of the ordinary nor what i could have done to have this happen. would anyone know what i did to cause picts on some web sites to "disappear" as well a some "buttons" on some sites that need to be "pressed" in order to make a post or to respond to same?..

....any help would be appreciated just short of uninstalling and re-installing. i will be back in a few hours to ck responses if any and to see how badly i screwed this program up!....thanks again!

Have you installed any addons like ad block or anything like that?

1. The latest version is 2.0.0.10 and has been for a few weeks now.
2. Load Firefox. Then go to Tools > Options > Content and check the "Load images automatically" box, then hit OK (if you haven't done this already).
3. Make sure you have the latest Java updates.
