Default Help with this fit

I have a Celeron R proccessor (2.4 GHZ if it matters) and my my mobo is a biostar P4M80-M4 and i want to know if this CPU fan will fit my computer.

First off, I would *never* buy that. You realize that it's not a HSF, right? Instead, it's made to sit on top of your current heatsink and blow air onto it.

Celeron R? Do you have a link to specs? I can't seem to find any.

Good. Mind you though, 20CFM is quite small compared to a stock Intel cooler. And 99% of the time they can't even reach that high.
