Default what would cool ram better

heat spreaders or these heat sinks or somethink

i wouldn't get those. you'll just be screwing around with the thermal glue or the thermal adhesive or something like that.

my recommendation would be something like this
and if you really plan on oc'ing it to the limit take this also

Your RAM is fine unless you're a heavy overclocker. I have my memory (800MHz stock) somewhere by 1100MHz fine with the stock heatsink and thermal adhesive and everything. 100% stable and runs fine.
