Lightbulb Help -- Good or bad computer for the price?

ok so i went to ibuypower.com and built this... its for gaming / internet / music and movies

USD $2,175.00 is the price with shipping, id like to shave down the price a bit, but with good performance. what do you think?

If your serious about gaming i would suggest a better graphics card maybe

For that money you should have an 8800GT at least. Personally i dont think you need to spend the money on the quad core because the dual cores perform good enough at the moment. You could also save some more money for the better GPU by getting a 19" LCD rather than 20. I have a 19" and its perfect. You should try and build a balanced pc, reason i say this is because you have a not so good mobo and gpu, and you are going for the more expensive cpu and ram.
I would recommend going for a dual core, corsair xms2 800mhz, 680i mobo, and an 8800gt, build the rest around that and you should have a pretty decent machine

lol. im VERY bad with computers, im not sure why my friend came to me .. :/ maybe because I play a lot of computer games. But anyway, niether of us have a lot of computer knowledge therefore building is kind of out of the question... can anyone link / suggest a prebuilt computer for about 1500$ USD, 2000 is the max, so you can go a bit higher ... thanks
