It could be that the onboard network is dead... Can't rule out that

yes but the motherboard was JUST shipped to me this morning,, which is about 5 hours ago... so i doubt that the network adapter could be dead in 5 hours... god m so pissed off rite now..... RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWR

You could use instead

Anything can come in broken. Plugging in a network cable, does it light up at all?

nope no light at all, windows does not detect it. nothing.....

Mabe the network adapter is not activated in the BIOS. Have a look at the motherboard's manual see if there's such an option in BIOS.

yup it is, it says

Onboard PCIE gbE LAN [Enabled]
Lan Option ROM [Enabled]

the Lan option used to be disabled, but i enabled it cuz it din work, but once i enabled it, it still doesnt work...

As oscaryu1 pointed out, things can be shipped broken. Have you tried clicking the search for hardware changes button in device manager? Normally it would be automatically detected but it's probably worth trying
