You aren't going to find one that cheap... Mine was $600 and it's about a GF2 level.

If you can spend about $150 more you could get a refurbished Dell Inspiron 8600 with a 1.5Ghz Pentium M CPU and a 128mb ATI Mobility Radeon 9600. That's probably about the best gaming performance you can get from a laptop that cheap. I wish I got one of those instead of my Dell Inspiron 6000.
