Default E8200 vs. E8400 for overclocking

Does anybody know if Intel bins the new 45nm procs? I am looking at buying one of the new ones, but can't decide between E8200 or E8400. The E8200 is an 8x multiplier, while the E8400 is a 9x. My question is will they overclock the same? The difference is about $40 right now. Does Intel test the 45nm CPU's and bin them according to how they perform? I'm looking to stay at about 3.8ghz 24/7 on air.

The E8400 would be worth is with the 9x multi. Unless your in it for FSB.
