Question Outlook equivalent to Eudora Stationery

I am trying to find a way to duplicate in MS Outlook the facility that I have in Eudora whereby I am able to save "master" emails as "stationery" (with all applicable attachments) which I can then use to send to recipents without haveing to retype the same emails over and over again.

Outlook seems to only allow me to save ONE such "draft" and every time I amend it to something different the previous one is lost.

Any experience Outlook users out there with an answer.

I need this for the office where we use Outlook (not Outlook Express).
