Default PC to HDTV Pink Layer

Connected PC with AIT Radon1650 Pro HDMI card to Toshiba HDTV- HDMI-IN with a High Quality HDMI to HDMI cable, I get high Quality pictue but it has a pink layer over it ? Downloaded newest drivers, no change

that happened to my DVD player. The fix involved changing the output setting on the player, not the TV.
