Default Overclocking Parts?

I am looking to build a desktop computer from newegg.com and don't have an outrageous amount of money. My budget is about $1200 with at least with a nice 22" widescreen monitor if possible. The thing i need from you guys is parts you recommend that are easy to overclock because I'm not a computer genius but I kinda know what I'm doing. I need all parts to fully build this computer. Good luck and thanks for helping!

Why go with such a low ended CPU? A 22" wide screen monitor costs less than $300, leaving about $900 for the rest of the computer.

@repo485: Do you plan to play games with the computer? If so, I would go with a 8800GT, 2 gigs of ram (or 4 if you want to), and a E6750.
