Is there anyway to convert a wireless router into a wireless print server?

Im guessing but i have several computers with one laptop.
everybody has to be in the same network group. share the printer on the network 1st. (this is how i did it). i don't remember any settings in the router). Im positive you have to in the firewall though. depending on the software firewall, share printer. my suggestion is take down the firewall and get it working 1st. then put it up and see if it works. if not, you know its the firewall settings. others are more knowledgeable about this procedure. this is one of those things ya do one time and forget. its a start. |
