I can vouch for that case. Just recently put a new computer together with the CM Centurion 5. Lots of room, good air flow, and cheap! Might add that the fans on it are quiet, also

Good case overall

When the board is bought retail the cables and some adapters will be included. Between the board's diagram and instructions in the manual itself you will see how to plug the 1394 fireware cable there.

The case itself will have it's own harness and plugin for the firewire port that you bring down to the board when looking over the diagram to get familiar with various connections.

On the Antec 900 here there's an eSata port along with the top usb ports available but simply left unplugged. The new lcd here takes care of that with usb ports along with an S-Video port and an IPod docking station.

i bought the centurion 5, and then one caught my eye w/ the window. Will a a case w/ a window distrupt airflow (it has no vent) And also, will the ven just fit over my stock AMD 6000 cooler? he has the same hsf

Not more then one without a window still lacking vents on the side. That was the problem seen with one old case here when upgrading to a newer board. The temps soared due to the lack of any good air flow. There were no front vents either on that old case and no front fan just a rear and top 80mm there.
