Cloverfield
Have you guys seen this movie?
It's Masterpiece in my opinion! Great scenes, incredible special effects and a brand new but really good concept: it is all filmed like an amateur video footage! You could think it will give you headaches but in fact, it brings you right into the action, it's even scary sometimes! There is a lot of intense scenes it's really good! Unbelievable scenes, you even see a F117 droping bombs over Manhattan to kill the beast, then you experience an helicopter crash...  I'm going to see this movie over and over again, it's really good! I enjoyed the movie. I do believe this is done by the same guy who did the Blair Witch Project? I haven't seen the Blair Witch movies myself, but s'posdly they're done much like Cloverfield was, as if a documentary done by a hand held camera.

Yeah I loved that movie, JJ Abrams (Lost) produced this movie, that's all I know.

I went with a group of people, most of which wanted to see 27 Dresses (ewww, chickflick), so I talked them into Cloverfield, and well, they enjoyed it a lot.

I loved the action scene, when the military tries to kill the monster and the characters have to jump down next to cars to hide... It's like you're in it, I was hooked on the movie the whole time, it's crazy, it's rare when this happens, last time it did was for Bourne Ultimatum.
I've seen few reviews and lots of people hate it because of 9/11 blabla...

I loved the fact that all the main people died in the end. Not many movies end up killing all the protagonists.
