Default Lost my outlook rules! help plz

Does anyone know where the rules are saved I've lost all my rules in outlook(2007) and recreating them will take forever, I have backup's of my computer from a week ago(when it was still fine) its just a matter of finding there the rules are, I thought they were in the .pst files but there not.

it's stated in THIS (which may be of help for you) that rules are not backed up in PST format.
