Default Is this possible?

I'm using a Cooler Master RP-650 eXtreme Power but I think it's too loud.
Is it possible to change the fan of a PSU to a better/quieter one? or do I have to buy a new one which I hopefully don't have to ?

Thanks for any help.

Spend the money on a new one. The risk vs reward is not worth it.
