if u play games that vid card must be changed i mean my 7300GS is better than that

Not much of a gamer except that I play a lot of online poker and have multiple tables open at the same time.

5 out of 10. Could do better without huge increase of cost.

MB: Get a later chipset which naturally support AM2+
e.g. ASUS M3A AM2+/AM2 AMD 770

CPU: Go for Athlon 64 X2 6400+ Black edition with Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro

HDD: Get the 16Mb Cache

GPU: Using 8400GS, I will assume you are non-gamer. As ATI usually have better picture than NVIDIA, I will suggest getting a HD3450 instead

HD3650 is also another choice.

$630 for playing poker and multitasking is outrageous! A E1200 and 2GB would satisfy your needs.
