Is there any way to upgrade 32bit oem vista to 64 bit cheaply?

So far it looks as if I would have to buy vista 64 bit at full price if I want to upgrade from my version of vista to a 64 bit version.

If you bought 32-bit I think you can call microsoft and get the 64-bit disc for like $10
