and this PSU has 28A max? good enough?

Youre looking at the wrong rail, the 12v rail only has 20A!!

1. Thats a different PSU than the one that comes with the case
2. Third time: read up on the PSU 101 (then you can make your own informed decisions)

sorry i'm new to this, trying my best

i have read that and will re-read over it again

i've even made sure my hd/memory are compatible with my motherbaord

so much work, lol. didn't know there was so much that needed to be taken accounted for
