Question Need help Regarding Firefox!

Well I am facing problem with my favourite browser i.e; Mozilla Firefox.

when ever I open Firefox, no pages r loaded. It says check Your connection or check whether ur Firewall is blocking it.

Although IE7 and opera browsers are working fine. Can any one suggest me some way to get my browser back to its working condition?

That happened to me awhile ago on my laptop. I just removed firefox and then re-installed it and it worked fine.

Well, if he's having problems with FF2, then I wouldn't suggest moving up to 3 until they're sorted out. Nothing against FF3, I'm loving it... it's just a Beta right now, and like all Betas it tends to be a bit buggy.

Try this:
Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Settings

If it's on direct connect, try auto detecting a proxy, as you have to with some ISPs and some "internet booster" programs.

If it's trying to go through a proxy, switch it to direct connect.
