I'm going to be setting up a small office system, but how can I make it possible for all PCs to view all e-mails that we receive, even after we've downloaded the mail from the server?
Is it possible to share a common file somewhere? We're running XP home, if that helps. |

I presume your going to have a network. If you want them to see one e-mail account that's simple.
Just make sure they all use the same e-mail address in there outlook. For Example mybusiness@smallbusiness.com Password: access Just make all the computer log into Outlook using this information

Thanx for that.
My problem is that I need all users to be able to see when an e-mail has been replied to, because I don't want three people to reply to an e-mail! It's easy enough to leave a copy of the message on the server so everyone can see all received messages. But it's really the sent items folder that needs to be shared. Any more thoughts? thanx FS |
