Default I need a mothrboard compataible with the HD Radeon 38700 x2 and AMD Athlon 62 x2

I would like one for less than $200. Though I will pay extra is necessary. I just need to make sure these two will work well together.

What socket type of board are you looking for? 939, AM2, AM2+ with AMD chipsets? Four AM2/AM2+ boards 3 Gigabyte, 1 DFI can be looked over at http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010200022+107093014 9+4017&name=%24100+-+%24200

When you put Atholon 62 X2 that reminded me of the review seen at http://www.hardwarezone.com/articles...?cid=2&id=1912

The cpu will fit into one type of socket or another depending the line as well as brand Intel or AMD. If you have a specific cpu model selected the information on it will state what socket it is so you know what boards you can run it on. One the orher hand when finding a board you want you then find a cpu of that socket type that will go on it.

lol, im trying to stay out of this whole fiasco with you and some other members here, but i must say that sometimes your posts are confusing because the information you provide is just wrong. the links he posted are true AM2+ motherboards, not AM2 boards with a BIOS update. so im not sure why you are quoting his other post?

@ OP: do you already have the CPU, if you could tell us exactly what CPU you are looking at, we could give you some links better suited to your needs

Whats wrong with you! Those are AM2+ boards and the bottom 2 are crossfire not SLI. If your trying to make a point to get back at me atleast get it right. You really dont know the difference between AM2 and AM2+ do you and you have showed it on many posts. The only AM2+ boards out right now are the AMD 700 series chipsets boards and this time remember that and quit making bogas post!
