Default AeroCool Temp monitor/fan controller

Hello. I bought this to control my fans and monitor temps. I was having trouble getting the motherboard to control the fans, and it couldn't control all of them anyway. Does anyone know of a good place to stick the cpu temp probe? Should it just go on the heatsink? Does anyone know where to put the case temp probe? Thanks.

Ok, thanks. Some don't like the idea, but I put the probe in between the heatsink and cpu (at a corner), and the temps didn't change. I downloaded Speedfan and checked temps with it. Roughly, here they are:
Temp1: 38c
Temp2:28c
Temp3:25c
Core:28c

The display says the cpu is at 26c. Is this roughly ok? How acurate are these displays? It quieted my fans down, but is it acurate? One reviewer said that it was within a degree or two of being correct. Can the motherboards sensors be off? Thanks!

26c is great actually, but the most accurate temps will be found in your BIOS
