wait are you selling this or is this what you want to buy? if you want to buy this from someone, c'mon be reasonable now. just the CPU cost more than you're willing to pay for the whole computer. you're looking for too many things for too little price...

I just want something under 160.99 usd..... what can I get for that much? I really want an AMD FX series and mostly seeking AMD-based computer.

Have you ever tried building a sub $200 computer? It usually comes with a Sempron processor and a gig of ram. A SLI/Crossfire motherboard + FX-51 will bring you over the budget alone, nevermind the rest of the components along with Windows XP.
