This just shows you how far Formula One has come in the last fifty odd years.
BMW Sauber now has Europe's fastest computer and the world's third fastest (actually, don't quote me on them because this article is a year old!), but it is still very impressive, just to make a car to a few tenths faster round the track

My Rig

Processor - Dual Core Hamster, speed doubled by very fast hamster wheel.
Hard Drive - Three small shoe boxes, with interconnecting string
DVD Drive - Black and Decker cordless drill with a laser strapped to the end
Modem - Two yoghurt pots, connected to the phone line with 3 core electric cable and PTFE tape.
Monitor - Samsung 12" microwave, with timer and defrost setting for cold computer mornings.
Printer - A 15th century monk, with a quill no less.
