First build and I dont want problems.

Ive asked about a different combo a bit ago, but I really want a stable MOBO. Many reviews of the other models I was looking at were negative. This one appears to be one of the most liked.

I don't think the board you choosen work with your CPU...

Get GIGABYTE GA-X38-DS4 instead.
By the way, not suggest getting E8400 from ebay.
