Post OCing help.

hey, im going to overclock the E4500 to around 2.8Ghz and i have seen that you figure out the speed of the CPU by multiplying the multipier by the FSB (8x400=3200=3.2Ghz.) though when i see the FSB, i see 800 or 1066 or 1333. that times 8 is 8.5Ghz. so i dont get it at all... is the FSB a different number or is the multiplier WAY lower?
