What will i do to cool it? Will I open the side panel to cool

Well, first, I'd check against other Temp Programs to get a more accurate reading. Your CPU listed at -74*C seems...a bit off

SpeedFan loves some CPUs, hates others. Try Everest or Core Temp.

It's worth noting that two superclocked 8800s running side by side will inevitable create a profuse amount of heat, often negating any cooling measures you put in place.

Also, -74*C, that's hilarious
