Default Vista experience rating for memory is only 4.5?

I upgraded my motherboard to an ASUS P5N32-e sli and have 3 gigabytes of ddr2 800 ram installed running vista 64 bit. In my old system the memory was rated 5.5, with the new m/b it only rates it 4.5. The memory is preventing me to achieve a 5.9 overall score. Any ideas? It is kingston memory.
