Default Comp starts up, dies, repeats

I just replaced my hsf with a nirvana 120mm, and since it has a backplate, I had to remove the mobo. Now when I attempt to power up the computer, all the fans start spinning and whatnot, and then it just shuts down. Oddly, after a few seconds, the computer will repeat this process. Nothing shows up on the monitor at all, and there are no distinct noises to be heard. I double checked everything before I brought it down here again and nothing appears to be wrong.

Any Ideas?

Bit of a bump so people are like WOAHMGZ when they are browsing the index.

Fixed the wiring on my cpu fan, now starts, stops, then starts again about .5 seconds before it shuts off. The rest is the same.
