Exclamation Laptop G-Cards

I have a Toshiba Satellite A215-S4697. Running Vista Home Premium. AMD Turion 64 X2. Upgraded to 2.5gb RAM. 160gb HD. Currently have the stock ATI Radeon X1200 graphics card with up to 319 MB of shared memory. Is it possible to upgrade this graphics card? If so, which one would you suggest? Here are all of the specs of my laptop: http://www.amazon.com/Toshiba-Satell.../dp/B000RN3EVC (scroll down a bit to see all specs) Thanks.

P.S. I am planning on playing Counter-Strike: Source, and Day of Defeat Source.
