WTH! COD4: Wrong server version??

Sorry guys I forgot to update! After the restore I had the right version but some sort of file was missing. So I repatched to 1.4 and it fixed it. I think ill wait till im ready to play with you guys before going to 1.5 because it seems very few other servers have that version yet.

Actually, a lot of servers are now upgraded to 1.5.

That's weird. Thousands of servers are using 1.5. It's pretty much the standard now.

Tuesday is out because of work, I get off at 7 on Fridays so hopefully I will meet you guys in there!

You don't do a system restore, you just uninstall and reinstall the game, and then get the 1.4 patch.

The problem is that you can only join servers that have the same patch you have, which is why I never like to install BETA patches.

Just backup your game data and reinstall it, no big deal.
