hi all, when I turn on my computer before entering the desktop I had an administration and guest account for visitors, but now I have lost the administration account I mean the one is only I have is a Guest account, my Q is how can I return the administration account?? because I have many important files in it..

First of all you cannot lose an Admin account.
It's there, probably they just change the way users log on and off. If you go to control panel you will see that "use the welcome screen" is ticked. if you untick that, your log on will be a bit like win2k, so you just change the guest name to Administrator and put the proper password. Or even at the log on screen, hold down "ctrl+alt+del" for about 2 secs and it will give you the classic log on. and oh welcome to the forums, introduce yourself in THIS thead cheers mate
