Registry? problems

Hey can someone help, my laptop is running extremely slow and according to previous scans i have done it seems to be problems with my registry, what i'm wondering if out of all the programs that say they will fix this problem, are any of them reliable?

one other thing while i'm here, trying to set up profile and so far anything i've tried to use for a picture has come back failed, anything????

ok so i just answered my own question, but it is telling me the same thing, that upload failed
