Default parts for extreme OC

My friend (Vonfeldt7) and I are going to attempt an extreme overclock on my Pentium 4 631. We need a cheep mobo that has a high fsb so we can oc it easily (no more than 50$). We need some ram, Probably 1 or 2 gigs, that can handle that overclock and keep up with the cpu (no more than 50$). We have a crappy old (not old but 450 watts)psu from an old dell btx mobo, we dont know if this will work with an atx mobo. We dont need a case because we will probably be using some form of liquid nitrogen (if we can get our hands on it).

Our goal is somewhere around 6-9ghz. We will be trying to break the Super Pi record for a Pentium 4 (which should be pretty easy because no one uses them anymore)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

BUDGET IS IN MIND (WOULD LIKE TO DO IT FOR LESS THAN $125)

Ok...good luck reaching 9ghz on cheapo motherboard and ram....There's a reason why they're cheap.

Its just something to do for fun. We are probably going to end up using it for a normal everyday computer in the end (if it survives).
