Are you connected via digital? If so then theres no need to have an X-Fi.

No it's two completely different systems The Creative Speakers are for my computer. The Onkyo system is for the living room.

Heres my "entertainment system", the receiver is hooked up to the computer also.

Sony 6.1 600w, 3x 250w 12" floor speakers (one is on the other side of the room)

I may buy some rear surround and center channel speakers soon

custom CPU cooler - made out of packing tape, a frosted flakes box, and a bit of elbow grease



*overall speaker setup*
2 Sony 120 watt speakers
2 Aiwa 60 watt speakers

total wattage capable of shaking panes out of my window: 640 watts
