Angry Virus problem!!

Hey, im new here, and made an account just for this.. but ive got a problem.
i think i got infected with a virus that puts ads on your desktop that you cant remove(explicit) Zlob.PornAdvertiser.ba
i would really like some help on this one...
i also got the xp antivirus 2008 thing.. but got that removed already.. all im worried about are the ads

please help me.. thnx

Can you post a HijackThis Log please....

Download from here.

Run the software and then save the log, copy the log content and post it here.

i think ive got the problem fixed with the use of combofix

i'll post when i reboot my pc and the shit happens again

as a vast majority of people infected by this one, *which is spreading like wildfire* from personal experience helping a friend, combofix only got most of it post the log and such so someone experienced enough to help can
