Yes, thats a better motherboard then the original. The X2 5000+ is a very good CPU btw. I had the X2 3800+ and it was playing crisis, so your good there. I would try and get this video card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814121100 but if that is out of your budget, a 8600gt will work as well: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150265
