The cooler comes with all retail CPU's...keep that in mind, if it says OEM and not retail that means you have to buy the cooler yourself. That's why I chose the X2 4000 over the X2 3800...the 3800 is OEM on newegg and thus the lower price is defeated by the fact you have to buy a >$10 cooler in the end anyway.

I think i may have to go with the previous build its at a good cheap low price.
